We are currently recruiting for a Manager to work with our Supply Chain team with focus on end-to-end supply chain, procurement (direct & indirect) and quality roles with clients across multiple industries including F&B, FMCG, consumer goods and retail, with the key responsibilities and expectations outlined below:

Our Managers are experienced recruiters who have the option of recruiting a direct report. This positions them as either 'Managers in waiting', helping them build leadership confidence before making the step, or as impactful individual revenue generators with additional support to maximise their potential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver against CG's values, mission, purpose and financial targets relative to your grade
• Lead from the front and by example in client engagement and business development
• Demonstrate advanced candidate sourcing and management skills
• Ensure CG processes and data management requirements are well executed
• Build strong cross-functional relationships within the business
• Operate as a role-model for less-experienced team members

Expectations:

• Proven ability to generate new business
• Effective account management skills, working with both small and large organisations to build sustainable partnerships
• A track-record of achievement in supply chain, procurement (direct and/or indirect) and quality functions in the consumer goods and/or F&B industries, having delivered consistent and meaningful financial results
• The potential to manage staff and a passion for seeing others develop and grow or at least the willingness to support and mentor more junior staff
• Strong interpersonal skills, a mentor with willingness to work together with the team and lead junior team members. High achievers, with a humble and people driven personality, aiming to benefit colleagues, candidates, and clients.
• A naturally positive and resilient approach to work and life
• Candidates with less years of experience will be considered as Principal Consultants
• Language requirements: Must be fluent in English
