Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform the daily operation of staff payroll, taxations, MPF, medical insurances and other C&B related matters;
- Prepare monthly reports, leave management, attendance records and maintain HRIS operations
- Support recruitment, on-boarding and exit processes administration and logistics
- Participate in annual HR related projects as and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 5 years' relevant job experience
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and HR Information System
- Detail-minded and well-organized
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Administrator, Human Resources
