Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter (Fresh graduates are welcome for the trainee program)

What you will do:
- Play the role of a 360-degree all-rounded professional recruitment consultant in connecting the best talents to clients
- Connect with new candidates through various means; Digital, online to offline
- Manage existing clients by building strong relationships
- Work as a trusted partner to provide market insights, consultation and advice to clients
- Provide career/ recruitment advice and market intelligence to candidates
- Business Development: approach new clients and develop new business relationships
- Coordinate candidate and client interviews
What we need:
- 0 to 4 years of working experience in any field, University fresh graduates are welcomed!
- Can-do attitude, willing to learn and become a recruitment expert in your market
- Smart, curious, love to communicate with people
- Good Team Player
- Work Hard, Play Hard!
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
