Responsibilities:

• Perform all-rounded HR duties, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures;
• Monitor and maintain HR budget;
• Support daily Human Resources & Admin operations in an efficient and professional manner; 
• Support in General Manager office administration; 
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 3 years or more all-rounded HR and Administration management experience;
• Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislation in construction industry;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, service-minded, mature, and a good team player;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
