Job Responsibilities

• To drive membership growth and manage all membership-related events and administration
• To manage 2 clubhouses daily operation and repairing and maintenance
• To assist in Council and committee work as assigned by Chief Executive
• To support other teams in other activities as required and necessary
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder with Business Administration or related disciplines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• 3-years’ experience in membership or events management
• Strong in event organisation, with experience in organising large scale events preferred
• Good project management skills, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• A team player with good interpersonal, organising and communication skills 
• Required to work outdoor for events
