Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as designated HRBP and lead the talent acquisition, manpower planning, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management functions.
- Provide full-spectrum recruitment support to their HK office for operations, products, marketing, and IT functions.
- Perform candidate screening and selection, interview process management, offer negotiation, employee onboarding, induction, etc.
- Conduct market mapping and research for manpower planning purposes.
- Working with business line managers to formulate talent acquisition and performance management strategies.
- University graduate with 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition management, preferably working in financial institutions, banks, or other relevant fintech companies.
- Familiar with banking industry practices and functions.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
