Major Task and Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical and administrative support for the team
• Maintain neat and tidy filing system
• Handle import/export declaration in timely manner
• Maintain office and warehouse supply 
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Good team player with positive attitude and good communication skills
• Responsible, stable and attentive to details
• Willing to learn, proactive and able to work independently 
• Good command of written and spoken English (Mandarin would be an advantage)
• Proficiency in PC operation, MS Office, ERP system
• Relevant working experience in office/sales admin will be a plus
