Responsibilities: 

• Handle incoming calls in a professional manner and take message accurately
• Greet all visitors in a professional manner and provide catering service when necessary
• Handle daily mailing, courier, meeting room booking and setup, stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping, etc.
• Provide clerical and admin support to Admin Department and other Departments when necessary
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• Completion of HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in office reception and/or administrative work
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must 
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
