Responsibilities:

• Responsible for C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits administration and leave management, etc
• Maintain staff personnel records in the HR system in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in staff movement and off-boarding administration
• Prepare and compile various HR statistics and reports
• Assist in ad-hoc projects / duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in sizable organization, experience in construction industry is preferred
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Detail-minded with excellent communication, presentation & organization skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
