Job Description
Responsibilities
- General clerical duties and administrative support
- Answering incoming calls or enquiries
- Providing administrative support, such as incoming mail/ fax, invoicing, data entry, filing, office supplies and stationery ordering;
- Assist in all out-going works such as Bank, Post Offices, etc;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements
- Secondary school graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
