Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities related to customer enquiries on IT infrastructures and backend systems
• Prepare user manual, customer proposal, presentation deck and related documents
• Maintain good relationships with clients, regular review and up-selling various digital solutions to enhance their advertising performance/effect
• To work closely with the management team for preparing and delivering campaigns in order to close the deal and follow-up on service of clients' accounts
• Collect and verify information from sales team and follow up account processing
• Handle phone calls and general inquiries
• Perform adhoc duties as assigned by superiors

General Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1 -2 years solid working experience in customer services and sales administration
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with higher qualification will be considered as senior sales administrator
