Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Managers in implementing marketing plans for HKTDC fairs according to the set timelines
• To prepare marketing collaterals such as booklet, brochure/leaflet, newsletter, landing page, eDM, banner, etc. in print and/or online formats
• To establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and work with them closely on production of marketing collaterals
• To proof-read and fact-check all marketing messages and materials
• To communicate with different teams for updating fair websites
• To work onsite and manage the overall operation of the Media Centre for HKTDC fairs
• To brief official photographers on taking fair photos
• To keep accurate record of marketing budgets and expenditures
• To maintain accurate record of campaign data for reporting purpose                                                                                                        
• To provide administrative support to the team and also for media events such as press conference, media luncheon, media tour, etc

Requirements:

• A university degree, preferably in Marketing
• Minimum one year solid relevant working experience in marketing, preferably with multi-national corporations
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.  Fluent in Putonghua
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Multi-tasking, independent with good initiatives

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
