• Conduct ongoing relationships with insurance corporate client.
• Initiates and maintains communication for internal and external distribution.
• Conduct the insurance claim report, and EDI file
• Support corporate clients on health plans operation, inquiries, and handle service issues.
• Conduct training for frontline is required.

• Diploma holder preferred in health science or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years relevant in working experience in the Healthcare and Insurance Industry is preferred
• Experienced in medical claim, insurance, or related disciplines
• Good telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediately available is highly preferred
