• Lead the department to provide full spectrum of office administrative support and ensure office operations are running smoothly
• Monitor office facilities, warehouse and company insurance managements
• Responsible for procurement of back office and security related equipment, uniform etc.
• Manage contractual services - Security, Housekeeping, Company Lease agreement etc.
• Handle annual security license renewal
• Budgetary control on office facilities and administrative expenses
• Plan and execute regular and ad hoc projects as assigned

• Degree holder in Business Administration with 5 years experience
• Experience in leading process improvement projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills to handle different levels of staff and senior management team
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills of MS office applications and experience with third party financial systems
• Solid knowledge of HK Legal and Statutory laws and government  policies is preferable
