Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines is an advantage
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of general office administration
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel

Responsibilities / Skills

• Handling incoming calls, mailing, courier services, managing meeting room bookings
• Perform full spectrum of office administrative support, including office housekeeping, vendor and contract management, equipment maintenance, facility management, petty cash, procurement and restocking of office supplies
• Perform relevant tasks to maintain the studio as a clean and tidy environment
• Organize and coordinate company events and staff activities. e.g. Annual Dinners, Christmas Parties
• Support HR functions when required
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required

• Communicates and collaborates with people, inside and outside of the Studio
