Job Description
MNC Firm urgently looking for experience HR candidates
Responsibilities:

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in MNC / Sizable company preferable
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Handle all round HR duties (focus on C&B)
- Provide HR advices to business in relation to relevant labor ordinance, talent acquisition and development, and performance
- Support recruitment activities
- Support the identification of training needs
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and work out HR related reports
