Job Description
With new renovated office, a fresh, dynamic and pleasant office design create a lively working environment and encourage interaction.
Job Description:-
- Provide full range administration support including but not limited to office suppliers, company facilities, equipment maintenance;
- Provide hospitality services such as arranging air ticket and hotel reservation;
- Responsible for attendance records and update roster;
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years working experience, relevant experience is preferable but not necessary;
- Diploma or above;
- Good knowledge & experience working with MS Office;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Good interpersonal skill, Well-organized, proactive and detail-minded;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered;
- Immediately available preferred.
