We are a real estate group focusing on commercial and retail property investment mainly in the territory. To cope with the recent growth of the group, we are seeking high caliber candidate to fill the following position.

Senior Manager /Manager - HR & Administration

Job Duties:

  1. Direct report to Top Management and supervise subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the department
  2. Perform full spectrum of professional HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation &benefits management, performance management and staff retention, etc.
  3. Act as a HR business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to both Top Management and line managers on all HR or staff issues
  4. Act as a bridge between people and Management through different channels of communication
  5. Formulate, review and update human resources policies and procedures in compliance with the company guidelines and local Employment Ordinances and HR-related regulations
  6. Formulate and implement appropriate procurement strategies for high-quality and cost-efficient purchases and sourcing of supplies, equipment and services
  7. Monitor daily office administration and management functions such as leave and attendance records, orientation, compensation & benefits, all insurance renewals, office supplies and maintenance, oversee IT administration
  8. Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  1. University graduate of Business Administration /Human Resources Management or equivalent
  2. 8-10 years relevant working experience with 4-5 years as managerial role and hands-on experience on full HR functions
  3. Well-versed in HK Employment & MPF Ordinances and other related regulations
  4. Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems
  5. Strong management skill and ability to negotiate, analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  6. Good people management skill and ability to interact with different levels of employees
  7. Analytical and independent
  8. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
  9.  Task-oriented, have a high level of responsibility and good communication skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager - HR &Administration
