• Liaise and co-ordinate with all parties concerned and act as the secretary for various meetings and committees.
• Prepare papers, reports and documents in both English and Chinese for the projects.
• Provide document control and maintain project data records, including room data and site data information and other design requirements.
• Work on logistics concerning the implementation of the projects, including processing and dissemination of project information.

• Degree from local university, or equivalent.
• 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in one or more of the following areas (i) building construction field; (ii) office administration and management; (iii) human resources management; (iv) administration of information systems or computer network.
• Good oral and written communication skill in both Chinese and English, with Grade D or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge in computer application such as Microsoft Word, Changjei Input Method, Microsoft Project, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Relevant experience in the Government an advantage.
