Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relation etc.
• Perform payroll functions including monthly payroll, MPF and tax reporting
• Support office administrative functions to perform day-to-day operation tasks
• Maintain and update HR and administration related document
• Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• School Certificate or above in HR Management or equivalent preferable
• At least 2 year all-round HR and Administration experiences
• Well Organized, Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience in retail or beauty industry will be advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin. Officer
