Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operation support to incubation programme such as licence preparation, move-in / out arrangement, office relocation and enquiries handling etc
• Handle site visit / briefing session and introduce centre services to incubates / tenants / potential customers
• Review the operations policy/workflow/ by coordinating with different parties
• Provide monthly reporting and assist to update record for related policy, procedures and documentations
• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements

• Tertiary education preferably with 2-3 year of experience in programme support/public administration/Centre operation support
• Attentive to details, organized, self-motivated with mature personality
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer

Working location in Hong Kong Science Park
