• To provide all rounded office administrative / facilities function and clerical support
• To assist the supervisor in compiling and preparing reports and other correspondences
• To maintain stock and procurement of office supplies
• To back up reception duties including handling phone calls and to greet visitors in a professional manner
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) 
• Patient, meticulous, able to work under pressure with tight schedule and a good team player with positive learning attitude

• Proficient command of written and spoken English and Chinese/ Mandarin
