Job Description
Major responsibilities
- Report to the General Manager to provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
- Coordinate various meetings including AGM, management and committees meetings etc. from preparation of related meeting papers, agenda and minutes
- To prepare memos, letters, notices and other internal or external correspondences
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above with minimum 3 years’ related working experience preferably gained in hospitality industry, especially member’s club
- Exposure in Human Resources functions will be an advantage
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Experienced in preparing meeting minutes in Chinese
- Well versed in Chinese writing and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Independent, pro-active, self-motivated and detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skill
