Job Description

• To manage reception area and handle receptionist duties including answering general calls, greeting guests, managing meeting rooms’ bookings;
• Support daily office administration duties including handle pantry and office supplies replenishment, office cleaning, stationery and furniture procurement, office equipment and facilities maintenance;
• Handle courier service and in/out letters
• Greeting and welcome visitors
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• 1-year relevant experience
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge in using MS word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Immediate available is preferred
