Job Description

• Report to Head of the Business Unit and Head of Group Human Resources
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, talent management, performance management, staff engagement,  compensation and benefits
• Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor
• Prepare HR reports including recruitment reports to evaluate and enhance the hiring effectiveness, and budgeting and forecasting report in terms of manpower planning

Requirements

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in HR relationship management or talent resourcing, preferably 5 years in IT/ Technology industry
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment and Labour Ordinances, other regulatory practices
• Proficient in using different recruitment channels
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese & English language
• Excellent problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
• Business acumen leadership and management skill
