Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, provide all round HR support to the Human Resources Department
- Involve in the daily operation relating to recruitment, payroll, staff engagement, attendance recording handling and learning & development.
- Organize and coordinate staff event and training programs.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 5 years relevant working experience in frontline worker HR issue
- Experience in construction / engineering industry preferred
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Sociable, dynamic, meticulous, self-initiative and a good team player.
- Immediate available preferred
