Job Description
- Perform all-round HR functions, including but not limit to recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll and other HR related matters
- Support the end-to-end recruitment activities, such as selection, interviewing and orientation
- Handle payroll preparation, MPF administration, and attendance and leave record
- Perform ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years solid experience in HR
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance, employees’ compensation and related regulations
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power point and Chinese word processing)
- Proactive, detail-minded and a good team player
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant
