Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient and effective office administration services to meet the needs of internal customers in the area of office equipment and facilities.
• Liaise and communicate with various vendors for general office supplies and general services including security, cleaning, landscape, etc.

 Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity preferably in sizable organizations.
• Strong Product knowledge and maintenance experience in Office Equipment / Furniture & Fixture defects
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and work independently
• Familiar with MS word, Excel, Power Point and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing is a must.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST.
