The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the donation and sponsorship processes including payment processing, entitlement checking and documentation. He/ She will support to maintain proper records and documentations for the Department and handle general administrative duties including preparation of meeting agenda, meetings coordination, calendars management, making travel arrangements and ordering office supplies. He/ She will also perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in sizeable organizations
• A mature, stable and responsible team player
• Willing to occasionally work outdoor and with flexible schedule
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
