Responsibilities:
• Perform daily clerical duties including filing, quotation, invoices
• Handle email inquiries and provide follow up customer service
• Support and assist Project Managers to oversee the daily operation of the Office
• Assist in preparing necessary documentation and maintaining proper record of documents
• Update sales pricing and customer information.
• Responsible, helpful, initiative and detail-minded
• Assist to complete ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:
• F.5 or above 
• Proficient in English is must and good in Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese typing(倉頡/速成) and English typing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Recent Graduate will be considered
