1. Provide professional sales and purchasing administrative work.
2. Prepare and handle pre-sales, orders, shipment and after-sales follow up.
3. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
4. Handle enquiries, issues or challenges arise from customers.
5. Process and handle procurement, including order processing, shipping arrangement and schedule monitoring.
6. Handle shipment logistics, shipping mark preparation, label ordering etc.
7. Maintain and update purchase, inventory and financial records.
8. Prepare key business analysis and reports to management.
9. Participate in any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

1. Higher Diploma or above, business administration or related disciplines is an advantage.
2. Minimum 3 years related working experience.
3. Experience in logistic, shipping and business analysis is an advantage.
4. Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently and under pressure.
5. Highly independent and able to manage multiple tasks.
6. Proficient in PC Skills, includig MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
7. Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
