Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to Compensation & Benefits Team
• Maintain timely and accurate staff records in HRIS
• Assist in preparing HR analytical reports for management review 
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• With 3 years’ relevant experience in HR field
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and other HR related legislation
• Proactive, detail oriented and good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer services mindsets
• Proficient in MS Office applications and database management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
