Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and organise various talent related programmes, focus group discussion and internal communication events
- To design the employee communication materials, including video production for different talent related projects
- To provide administrative support to Human Resources Management System implementation, Talent Review, Succession Planning and High Potential Programmes
- To organise various staff activities contributing to strong employee engagement and sense of belonging at all levels
- To prepare statistical analysis, regular and ad hoc management reports as required
Requirements:
- Year 1 or 2 undergraduate students in psychology, human resources, business or related discipline
- Hands-on experience in PC operation and knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Video shooting and editing experience is preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
