Job Description
- Handle incoming enquiries
- Assist in providing renewal business terms and retention of insurance business
- Handle policy administration within service standards and assigned authority
- Provide support to both superiors on daily basis operation and any additional responsibilities or activities relevant to the department as required & assigned by the superiors
- DSE or above with 3-5 years' relevant experience
- Knowledge in Policy Administration
- Knowledge in underwriting is an advantage
- Qualification of FLMI is an advantage
- IIQE Paper 1,2 licensed is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
