Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administration supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation, maintenance and insurance/service contract renewal
• Provide administrative, clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management
• Handle paperwork relating to procurement, insurance, environmental & facilities management, control and documentation
• Coordinate and assist in organizing staff activities and events, such as Christmas party, annual dinner etc
• Provide outstanding guest service to VIPs including catering service
• Any ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Hospitality or any related disciplines
• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience, cabin crew or work experience in Customer Service or Hospitality industry preferred
• Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Good computer knowledge (MS excel and Chinese Word Processing)
• Good communication, organization and with problem-solving skills, able to handle multi-tasking
• Candidate with less experience will be also considered as Assistant Administration Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (Free Shuttle Bus Service provide at TKO MTR Station)
