Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the HR Department
  • Assist in supporting the recruitment activities including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, new hires record management, and onboarding preparation
  • Provide all-rounded support for company-wide activities
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and HR projects as required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or relevant disciplines
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to perform multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
  • A fast learner and good team player with good interpersonal skills
  • PC proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
