Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the HR Department
- Assist in supporting the recruitment activities including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, new hires record management, and onboarding preparation
- Provide all-rounded support for company-wide activities
- Participate in ad hoc assignments and HR projects as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or relevant disciplines
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to perform multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
- A fast learner and good team player with good interpersonal skills
- PC proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
