Talent Specialist (Learning & Development Focused)

For this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about all things “Talent” with a focus on Learning & Development (People Capability) to join our dynamic People Team. Reporting to the Talent Lead, this role will support the planning, implementation and delivery of our Talent Strategy across our remit in Asia & International.

THE ROLE

• Plan, manage and implement learning programs across the Woolworths Group Asia & International region in line with talent strategy 

• Deliver and facilitate in-house learning programs and workshops (both in-person and virtual) to support office team members

• Support the design of learning programs in house or via external partners, identifying business needs and solutions

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners and Line Leaders) to recommend appropriate learning solutions to achieve business & team outcomes

• Design, develop and maintain online learning portals

• Manage partnerships with external training consultants to identify needs and solutions

• Support the Asia Talent Team with planning and running of team engagement initiatives, including wellbeing, internal communications, team listening and team events etc. 

WHO YOU ARE

• 3 years’ experience in a Talent focused HR role (Specific learning & development / training experience is preferred) 

• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops

• Be highly sensitive to cultural differences

• Someone who thrives in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment

• Experience / accreditation in Psychometric Tools & assessments would be an advantage (Insights Discovery accreditation is highly preferred) 

• Have excellent English communication skills, whilst Chinese language skills would be an advantage
