Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • To handle administration work for agency team and seek ways to improve operational efficiency of tasks assigned
  • To follow up with the office administration work and coordinate with Office Services Department in maintaining the office in good condition
  • To participate, implement and monitor system related issues for agency and the department
  • To provide support to agency functions and activities organized by the department

Main Responsibilities:

Agency Administration

  • Handle administration work for new, existing and terminated agents including agent registration, contracting and filing
  • Ensure updated agent records and information are maintained in the system
  • Handle agent assignment for orphan policies and policy transfer for existing portfolio
  • Process tasks related to MPF business including agent registration and deregistration, quarterly and annual return for MPF Principal Intermediary and documents to MPF business partner
  • Handle medical benefit and non-medical limit entitlement for qualified agents
  • Assist Agency Development management team to oversee the process & procedure of the work flow and enhance the operational efficiencies from time to time

Office Administration

  • Monitor the facilities and settings in agency offices and maintain the office in a good manner
  • Ensure office equipment like company computers, printers and photocopiers are running smoothly
  • Maintain updated seating plan/floor plan for agency on regular basis
  • Monitor inventory control on application forms, sales literatures and other kinds of forms and printed materials for agency in carrying the business activities

Sales Quality Assurance

  • Assist to handle agent complaint
  • Sales Quality Checking exercise including IR Trend and Post-Sales Call

Other Tasks

  • Provide on-site support to agency functions and activities

Incumbent Requirements:

  • Academic & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor Degree
  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant working experiences
  • Knowledge & Skill Required:
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Access, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
    • Able to work independently and under pressure
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Agency Development.
