Our client is one of the leading global luxury retail brands looking for a Senior/ HR Manager (C&B Reward Project) to join their growing HR team.

Job Description

• Perform various C&B projects including but not limited to annual salary review and bonus exercise, job evaluation, market benchmarking, compensation and flexible benefits programmes integration and alignment
• Responsible for HR projects and assist in Rewards initiatives both regionally and globally as assigned
• Liaise with external organizations/consultants/service providers for market survey and market intelligence

Requirement

• Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience with strong reward experience and background
  
• Be able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
