Job Duties:

• Manage and closely monitor the process to the integrated HR systems that enables efficiencies, data analytics, innovative self-service solutions and manage risk and compliance;
• Support and provide advice on HR transformation which align with HR strategy;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, system enhancement in terms of efficiency, data analytics and security;
• Lead and coordinate the system enhancement and upgrade projects;
• Be the key contact person among HRIS users, people process owners, IT Department and external vendors to ensure the effective process delivery under the HRIS platforms and associated applications;
• Provide ad hoc and regular reports and analysis to support key HR decisions;
• Develop and deploy automated tools and dashboards to HR and business leaders on key workforce analytics;
• Provide trainings to employees on the use of HR system;
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related major;
• Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to handle sensitive information with keen attention to detail and accuracy;
• Strong time management and organizational skills;
• MUST possess Workday technical knowledge;
• Highly analytical with solid ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
