Our hospitality client is one of the industry leaders. Now they are looking for a seasoned HR Director to drive the people culture as well as the upcoming transformation journey to cope with new direction of the business.

About the role

• Directly report to General Manager
• Perform as HR Business Partner and provide human resources functions including business partnering, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, employee engagement, staff relations, and employee
• Support business stakeholders on any people related issues
• Build and promote organisation culture, create a passionate workforce, enhance organisation cohesiveness and staff loyalty, as well as nurture creativity in the workplace

Skills and experience

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 14 years' relevant experience gained from hospitality or environment with front-liners
• Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Fluency of English and Cantonese
