Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of on-site security staffs to ensure proper security and safety in the estate
• Assisting with the control of physical security technologies such as access card systems, guard tour equipment, intruder / burglar / fire alarm systems, and CCTV systems
• Assisting in coordinating the district’s security guarding / patrol functions, including control room operations across venues, public open spaces, car parks, etc, and by-law issues
• Assisting in developing and implementing staff training programmes, security drills and assisting with internal and law enforcement agency investigations
• Assisting in managing of security and safety incidents including event security and crowd management
• Handle complaints and requests arising from our residents and visitors
• Prepare duty roster and regular reports and perform random and surprise inspection
• Review on security hardware

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ security experience with at least 3 years’ in security supervisory level
• Qualification in Security and Safety Management desirable
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• Qualified in First-aid and equipment
• Proficiency of MS Office and Email
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and English, knowledge of Putonghua
