Job Description

Responsibilities

- Responsible for effective execution of HR operational services across the employee life-cycle e.g. onboarding, talent movement, offboarding
- Manage operations of key annual exercise e.g. rental reimbursement program, annual salary review
- Partner with the team to provide advisory service to employees
- Ensure accurate and updated employee data is maintained in HR System
- Support HR initiatives & projects e.g. process improvement, employee experience program

Qualifications

- Degree holder in any discipline
- Over 5 years HR experience; 
- Self-motivated with strong learning agility
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Less experience will be consider as Senior Payroll Officer
