Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of general project secretarial & administrative support for the team
  • Organize and coordinate meetings or events with internal and external parties
  • Assist in preparation of reports and other documents
  • Manage project working schedule
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above 
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of English & Chinese language skills
  • Well-organized, good in communication skills and attention to details
  • Immediate available is preferred
