Job Description
Job Duties:
- Deliver exceptional experience to visitors and clients through the provision of professional guest services, including but not limited to greet and serve visitors and guests, handle enquiries at the reception and by phone, ensure the general upkeep and appearance of the reception and pantry area to the expected standard
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and provide logistics support to meetings
- Perform general administrative work
- Arrange order for stationary, printing matter, pantry items and office supplies
- Sort and distribute incoming mails and couriers
- Perform related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or above preferred
- At least 2 years of reception or customer-facing experience, preferably gained in insurance background
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is a must
- Professional appearance and demeanor, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
