Responsibility

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for candidates and employers
• Source candidates using talent acquisition strategies based on clients’ needs
• Proactively develop a strong talent pipeline including the design, build and maintenance of a diverse network of high-quality candidates
• Establish a clear and strategic business plan to identify key clients and business opportunities
• Develop client/business relationships; coordinate with clients’ tech team leaders to forecast department goals and responding to the needs of client or project/assignment
• Secure new clients/businesses for the Recruitment Solutions division
• Perform distinct tasks ranging from business development to talent screening and selection

Requirement

• Minimum 2 year experience working in HR/Talent Acquisition
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting in tech/IT recruitment is highly preferred
• Passionate about helping people to advance in their careers
• Passionate about hitting targets and working in a highly competitive environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business environment while managing multiple priorities
