Host/ Reception  - Fine Dining Restaurant. 
Job Description

We are now seeking highly motivated and hardworking individuals who have a passion to provide great food and service to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
In charge of the seating  assignment and taking responsibility of guest experience
Interact proactively with customers 
Respond to any guest requests for special occasions, birthdays, dietary requests
Upselling and making recommendations to guests
Assist in training, supervising, team members for reception 
Assist with event enquiries 
Monitor guest reviews & replies
Participate in basic marketing using database 
Participate in Operations and be the face of the restaurant
Qualifications
Minimum 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry or any customer facing equivalent industries
Relevant experience in fine dining environment 
Knowledge of Western Restaurant service operations and cuisine
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage 
Job Requirements 
Must be able to work weekends and holidays 
8 Days off per month - 5 day week - 2 days offer every week
10 days annual leave
Bonus for high sales performance 
Speaking and writing English is essential as well as Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
Straight shifts mostly from 1030 - 20.30 / 11 - 2100 
Must have customer service experience
