Job Description
Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Business Management discipline, preferably in Computer Science
- Minimum 2 years' working experience
- Good written skills in Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Revamp/upgrade the existing on-line training platform
- Assist in maintenance and enhancements of the training platform
- Evaluate the process to identify IT needs, requirements and uncovered areas for improvements in training database (including training materials and records)
- Produce, review and update the training materials
- Design new training program/method to enhance the service quality
- Work closely with the instructors of KMB Academy to coordinate and implement the training program
- Provide administrative and ad hoc support as required
