Job Description
In support of the Government’s Job Creation Scheme under the Anti-epidemic Fund, we are now inviting applications for the following position under a one-year fixed-term contract:
You will be responsible for:

- facilitating all delivery and production of text, media, subtitles, translations, and other assets;
- conducting film print research and maintain various databases;
- updating and maintaining programming calendars and screening schedules;
- coordinating venue management needs with operations and technical staff;
- providing assistance and onsite coordination at special events;
- handling general administrative work; and
- handling other Moving Image curatorial projects as directed.

- possess a recognised university degree in relevant fields such as Film or Screen-based Studies, History of Art, Comparative Literature, Foreign Languages, Liberal Arts, Arts Administration, Cultural Management or related discipline;
- have at least 2 years of experience working for a cultural organisation;
- have the ability to work on projects and research assignments with a meticulous attention to detail as well as evolving or multiple time sensitivities;
- have excellent computer skills and experience or other relational database systems;
- have the ability to work independently, juggle multiple assignments, and cooperate well with others in a fast-paced team environment; and
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
