Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of HR team including recruitment, onboard and offboard procedures, payroll calculation, compensation & benefits, MPF & taxation administration, performance management and employees’ relations
- Maintain staff records, including personal file and leave records
- Assist in ad hoc HR & Admin. projects and annual functions
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- 2 years of in-house HR experience in sizable company
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
- Cheerful personality, self-motivated, proactive with positive work attitude
- Strong in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Good Command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
